Blue World City Islamabad: Updated payments plans for Certain Blocks
Islamabad: Blue World City Islamabad has issued a notice about the updated payment plans for its residential and commercial plots of some specific blocks. Blue World City Islamabad offered affordable payment plans with a 10% down payment.
Now the prices of its two blocks, Awami Block and Water Front Block have increased.
The price of the 4.5 Marla residential plot of the Awami Block has increased by about 12%, while the costs of residential and commercial plots of the Waterfront Block have increased by about 24%.
The notice for incremented prices is issued on 13th February 2023 and will be effected from 24th February 2023.
