Lahore: New project, a multicomplex mall named “Naqi Star Mall,” was inaugurated by Governor Balighur Rehmanon on February 09, 2023. The location of the project is on Lawrence and Mall roads. Several investors and members of the business community of Lahore were present at the ceremony Punjab Government: Inauguration of Naqi Star Mall in Lahore.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony for this multipurpose mall, the governor distributed shields among the guests. Nearly 80 percent of the project has been booked for pre-launch activity, while the consortium associates have perpetrated 30 months to deliver the project.
The price range for shops and apartments is Rs 11.7 million to Rs 80 million for shops and Rs 9 million to Rs 29 million for corporate apartments.
While addressing this, the Managing Director of Star Marketing, Ikhlaq Ahmed, said, “The associates of the Star Naqi Mall are establishing a definitive international construction at a crucial time of economic upheaval to end the bummer in the public and business community.”
He added that this project is a loud and clear message that Pakistanis can confront and encounter any circumstances. He believed this construction would add to the stability and boost Pakistan’s economy.
PIAF Chairman Fahimur Rehman Saigol- one of the most prominent groups behind the liftoff of Naqi Star Mall, regarded Pakistani investors among the top 10 Dubai real estate market investors.
He solicited that the government reconsider its policy and make doing business easier. He added that the Pakistani textile sector is 15 percent less competitive than Bangladesh. He admired the associates of this construction for taking such a courageous step by establishing the megaproject at crucial economic times for the country.
Businessmen Panel Group Chairman Mian Anjum Nisar stated that real estate projects bring investors’ trust from the people behind them. He indicated that projects are continually known for the increment of growth, as one project runs over 50 allied industries and generates multiple jobs.
The VP of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Nadeem Qureshi, applauded that the construction has launched within a two-and-a-half-year installment payment plan despite a severe economic crisis in the country.
Zafar Mehmood Ch, SVP Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), added that it was a memorable day for Pakistan because, after six months, the IMF emitted the loan installments. On the same day, the Naqi Star Mall is launching. He stated the business community contributed its share to the country’s development. Sheikh Umar of Naqi Group also added that the location of the Mall is remarkable at Mall and Lawrence roads, which has recorded importance.
