19th International Property Show has been Opened by Dubai World Trade Center

Dubai: Sultan Buti Bin Mejren, Director-General of Dubai Land Department (DLD), has opened the 19th edition of the International Property Show on 12th February 2023 (WAM), which is held from February 12th to 14th 2023 at Dubai World Trade Centre, UAE. More than 120 property exhibitors from more than 40 countries worldwide are participating in the show.
Along with an adequate number of the greatest proficients and critical players in the real estate industry, Dawood Al Shezawi, the chairman of the International Property show, Tariq Ramadan, the exhibition director, the DLD Executive Directors and are also attending the event. The arrangement of IPS 2023 is by Strategic Conferences & Exhibitions under the supervision of DLD, one of the immense property platforms in the Middle East for regional and international markets.
With representatives and delegates, Bin Mejran visited the International Property Exhibition, visiting the pavilions of many participating local and global public and private organizations that provided services, investments, and real estate. State markets presented a variety of experiences. It helps the real estate sector to grow and strengthens its role as one of the sectors that positively contribute to inclusive growth and development.
In addressing, Dawood Al Shezawi, International Property Show Chairman, stated that IPS 2023 is systematized together with the opening of Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the sustainable development strategy adopted by Dubai, where the property market depicts more than 9 percent of the GDP of emirates. He also stated that his expectations are like “the market will detect many more promising investment possibilities following the real estate sector’s economic recovery of 2022”.
Al Shezawi added, “International Property Show 2023 is a unique opportunity for property developers, leading global architecture firms & consultancies, and real estate stakeholders to showcase the latest innovative services in the various real estate markets, which boosts Dubai’s real estate ecosystem”.
